Our work in custom rugweaving and furniture design at Whitewoven is more customer-oriented.   When we work with a custom order, whether through an interior designer, trade showroom, or with an individual directly, we try to clearly communicate our abilities, limitations, and pricing structure prior to the decision-making process in order that each commissioned product is well understood prior to production. This is usually done BY MAIL through the use of woven samples, either produced specifically for a client, or loaned from our studio collection.

Rug samples are given priority on our production schedule with a 3-4 week delivery time.  Custom rug and furniture orders take approximately 12 weeks from confirmation of the order to delivery.  Confirmation of the order is established by payment of a 50% deposit. 

Trade discounts are offered for custom rug and furniture orders.   A 50% deposit is required to confirm a custom order and place a commission on our production schedule.  The final balance, plus shipping, handling, and insurance is due before shopping.  In order to qualify for a trade discount, trade credentials are required to be filed with our office.  Please request a Credit Application for the Interiors Trade.

All other purchases from Whitewoven are priced at retail levels.  Whitewoven honors the above policy for all our exhibits.
